Free Standard Shipping on all Orders!
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States to addresses that are deliverable by UPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You typically will receive an email with the tracking number within several days of when your item ships. This allows to to trace the progress of your order until it arrives.
Damage & Error Claims
Please open your shipment immediately to inspect for damage. Items you receive that have been damaged during shipment, or that are not the merchandise you ordered must be reported to us within 4 calendar days of delivery to receive a replacement at no charge. Copper Ridge Cupolas is not responsible for damage claims if reported to us 5 or more calendar days after delivery.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items you purchased on our website for a full refund of what you paid for the item at the time of order (does not include any financing fees if financed). Your return must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date, and merchandise must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Special orders, customized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
